The task of Pljevlja Coal Mine JSC is to maintain stability in the production and distribution of coal, as well as to ensure a stable and secure supply for our customers.

The Company’s development lies in multiple opportunities and the construction of production capacities based on available resources. The priorities of the Mine’s Management in the coming period will be focused on financial consolidation, revitalization of mining operations, organizational restructuring, integration of all organizational units, and intensification of capital investments. The values we will pursue in the future will be centered on creating a positive working environment, building community trust in our work, and addressing the needs of the local population. The ultimate goals are quick responses to customer demands, building the image of a socially responsible company, leadership, and expertise. Finally, I would also emphasize cost optimization and improvement of employee standards.
