Mision
Our mission is for the management team, composed of experienced professionals, to carry out an organizational transformation through which it will:
- optimize and accelerate internal processes by clearly defining responsibilities and authorities,
- modernize the Company and thereby significantly reduce operating costs,
- expand the customer market,
- prepare the Company for the period of parallel operation of the two Thermal Power Plant units,
