Born in 1981.

She completed primary school and high school in Pljevlja, earning the “Luča” diploma, and graduated from the Faculty of Metallurgy and Technology, University of Montenegro in Podgorica, majoring in Chemical Technology.

In 2008/2009, she worked as a chemistry teacher at the primary schools “Ristan Pavlović” and “Boško Buha” in Pljevlja.

From 2009 to 2012, she worked at Mat Company d.o.o. Pljevlja as an Environmental Protection Engineer.

Since February 2012, she has been employed at the Coal Mine Pljevlja, where prior to assuming her current position, she worked as a Quality Control Engineer and participated as a member of several working bodies responsible for coal sales and quality (the working group for marketing presentation of coal by target markets, the coal sales team, the coal reclamation commission, the expert team for drafting annual sales plans, and teams for developing reports on ore reserve quality and environmental protection). She later became Head of the Quality Control and Environmental Protection Department.

Her areas of research and professional interest include competition analysis and target market assessment, improvement in modern sales methods (monitoring the energy efficiency of coal use among customers), and maintaining interactive cooperation with production process managers to coordinate mining dynamics with market demand.

She has an active command of English and a basic knowledge of Russian, and holds a certificate in profitable negotiation.
